I would love to work on a public engagement project that brings together science and dance – my two passions. Many people believe they have to choose between the arts and sciences, and this is just not the case. Communicating scientific concepts using dance would be my absolute dream job! That is why I work in science communication now; because I am able to use my creativity every day to explain science.

I think I’d like to be a time traveller, so that I can see how we got where we are today, but also see the amazing things that will be developed in the future.
I’ve just been looking at some work people are doing developing artificial intelligence and robotics, so I’d really like to see where that will lead to.

It might also be useful to travel to a time when I would be really old, so I could start to learn how things worked then. Might give me a fighting chance of being able to cope with what will then be normal life, but to me in old age will be like living on another planet 😉

An astronaut! I would love to go to space and see what the Earth looks like from up there. It must be truly breathtaking.

Since I can only be one thing, I would not chose to be anything else other than a scientist. In a world where I would be anything I want, I would like to be the president of a superpower with a clean political platform and where the rule of law reigns supreme. But also where I don’t have say bad things about others so as to be elected (This is my imaginary world). Being a super powerful president I would endeavor to make the world safer, and deal with the threat of global warming and fund the eradication of diseases in human, domestic and wildlife.

I’d love to be a pilot flying around the world. Would be great to see lots of new places!

      Or maybe a rockstar.

Or maybe an astronaut too, actually that sounds pretty good.
