The easiest way you can personally prove this is if you ever travel on a plane, have a look out of the window, and you can see the curvature of the earth for yourself!

Good question! Another way we know the Earth is round is because of lunar eclipses.
When the Earth passes between the Moon and the Sun, the Sun projects the Earth’s shadow onto the Moon in the night sky.

My easiest way would be circumnavigation. You start at a certain point and assume a straight line (if possible) traveling on the surface of the earth or on the waters and you will come back to almost where you began. Easy said but, once done, it is almost absolute that the earth is rounder than flat otherwise you would never return. Read the story of Steve Fossett.

I like that we can put cameras on a spacecraft or rocket, shoot it into space and then take pictures of the world spinning.
