My biggest experiment was waiting for organs to be removed from an infected person by a surgeon in a hospital and thereafter taking samples from those organs and transporting them over 400 km for further analysis in a laboratory where the lab process took me two weeks of daily work to finally get results. Sometimes when working in the research laboratory you may get your presumptive results with some quick analysis but for confirmation and complete results it can take a little longer. For instance DNA analysis can take some time from sample processing to getting the final results.
