Question: what would you teach if you win

I’d like to use the prize money to run science stands in supermarkets around the country with other scientists, so people can have a go trying out some experiments for themselves. What we’d talk about would be a mixture of my work (spiky surfaces for cells) and the science of the other people (don’t know who they’d be yet).
