Question: what is the toatmasters?

Toastmasters is an organization started in California in the US in 1924 by Ralph Smedley. In toastmasters meeting, which take about two hours maximum, we meet and run through a program where different people give speeches and those speeches are evaluated by peers on structure, relevance and grammar. The presentation of the person regarding vocal variety, tonal variation etc are also evaluated. one is given feedback on areas of excellence and areas of improvement. Toastmasters program has helped me grow my public speaking and leaderships skills.
