I’m not sure. I don’t think mathematicians like calling infinity a number (it describes the idea of something that never ends), but there are some really big numbers in maths:
1 Googol = 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
(1 with 100 zeroes after it, and what Google was named after – spelt differently)
1 Googolplex = … too big to write! It’s 1 with a googol zeros after it)
And then there’s Graham’s Number. Which is so big, there is not enough space in the known universe to write it down.
So the biggest number must be Graham’s Number + 1 right? 😉
