No! There were many times over my school career where I hated it. Maybe if I had a teacher that I didn’t really get on with, or when the work just seemed too hard. I loved it when I was a lot younger in primary school when I first discovered science books, and I re-found my love for it again at around year 9, again when I started reading more outside school. It’s totally okay to sometimes love it and sometimes not, even when it’s your career!

I liked all subjects when I was at school (apart from P.E.). I didn’t always like all the sciences though, Biology and Chemistry were my favourite for a while, and I actually hated Physics! But I moved school and then I had a really awesome Physics teacher and the rest is history. 🚀

Yes, I’ve found it frustrating and boring at times, but overall I’ve always liked it.

I loved chemistry (great teacher), but was not great at physics. Biology of humans was one of my favourites, but I didn’t study plants for a few years, so struggled at A-levels when it was more plants than humans.
