Question: does the environment a dog grows up in effect the relationship with other dogs?

The environment that the dogs grows in would certainly affect their relationship with other dogs. Dogs learn either from conditioning or from social environment. If a dog does not interact with other dogs then it would be quite unfriendly to them. I have also seen dogs getting used to the dogs that they only interact with and any other dog they come across is treated as a competitor a competitor.
